I’m adding NC mechanical end stop switches to my powered Z axis on my K40 and I have a couple of clarification questions. I’m using smoothie
I plan to make the following changes to the cohesion, 3-D laser board firmware.
- Uncomment #gamma_min_ endstop
- Set “gamma_max_travel”
- Set “gamma_homing_retract_mm”
should I be making a change relative to the; gamma_max_endstop ?
Any other changes?
When I home XYZ, does Z home to max or min? If it homes to Max, is that based on the end stop setting or number 2 above, “gamma max travel”?
