X and Y travel hitting gantry regardless of config file changes

Machine: K40 (OMTech)

Board: Cohesion 3d Laser Board

Firmware: Smoothieware

Problem/ Question: I’ve set my Lightburn Device Smoothieware bed size. LB origin set to front left. Config file Alpha Max travel 300, Beta Max travel 225 (same as Lightburn) but my laser keeps hitting the gantry when I send the travel beyond the limit. I’ve searched but can not find my solution. I’m a newbie with little tech knowledge, so it may be a simple fix, but could someone PLEASE help? Thanks

Line 260 to 300 and line 265 to 225, does laser home to left rear or right rear?
