I was initially really fed up with them. Endstop issues, took days to get responses, then had me do a bunch of useless photos, console captures, etc. when I had precisely described the problem in my first post. Ended up finding another post, same problem, with a strange fix that worked (endstops doing nothing, decrease max x/y speed in the config file). Anyway, now that it’s working, it’s working well. No dropout issues (so far), smooth motion. PWM needs tuning, but I expect that; tubes are different, PSUs are different, etc.Much better than the simplistic m2Nano boards. OTOH, I do have a mini Gerbil board on hand just in case.
There is a method to the madness of requesting pictures, screen shots etc. It may seem useless to you, but they are invaluable troubleshooting tools, and are used to rule out common issues, instead of assuming everything was done right, spending weeks trying to track the issue down, and then finding out that a simple mistake that could have been caught by a picture or screen shot was the culprit all along.
We have all levels of users installing the C3D laserboard and have no way of telling what there skill set is from a plea for help. You obviously have a decent skill and knowledge level, but many users are absolute neophytes when it comes to something like this.
All that being said, I am glad you were able to resolve the issue, and hope you enjoy using the C3D laserboard.
