Machine: Custom 4’ x 8’ not yet built.
Board: Cohesion 3D Laserboard
Firmware: I have a new board and I’m using whatever it came with" is also a great answer! - That said, I believe it is smoothie
Problem/ Question: I have read that dual Y-Axis stepper motors is a bad idea. Not sure how to overcome this?
I was thinking of adding an additional limit switch and adding an intermediary microprocessor (Arduino) to basically add the dual limit switch and then once both are at “0”, then trigger the limit switch on the cohesion board. I wish I could set the A input or even the z input but not sure how difficult that would be to do?
