Problem/ Question: How can I add homing offset (M206 Xnnnn) to the config file?
When homing my laser all works well and the head/gantry stay in contact with the home switches. I have found that according to smoothieware, as long as the switches are depressed that the code will ignore them until they have been released. So…if the laser is “at home” and you were to jog the laser in the direction of x<0 or y>bed size, the home switches(limit switches) are ignored and the laser will crash into the gantry. Smoothieware recommends adding the homing offset (M206) to release the home/limit switches after homing.
How and where do I add this?
